- Please do not stand or walk while you eat. Sit down. At a table and not on the couch. Even if you are eating alone. Especially if you are eating alone.
- Stop eating out of plastic take-out containers and stop using plastic utensils. If you get take out, you can still pour the food onto a bonafide plate.
- Stop reading or working on the computer while you eat. Instead, put on some peaceful music. Light some candles. Get tranquil. Use a cloth napkin.
- Arrange your food in your loveliest vessels, preferably handmade ones, and you will actually taste it. And eat less. And walk away from the table more satisfied.
